West Ham United Relegation Thread
The last time we had this many good individual players was back in 2002 with Cole,Sinclair Defoe, Kanoute, Di Canio, James, & Carrick under Roeder who finished 7th the previous season.

Oh Shit!

We need at least 6 premier league std players, at £10m each, it is hard to see that level of investment. Otherwise, it will be, same old

I think we are getting close to being safe though this season has been traumatic for all concerned.
The fans seems to love Slaven however, I cannot see him lasting next season if we get off to a poor start

We were still piss poor against Swansea, if we had been playing a better side then we'd be discussing this morning whether it'd be Mancini, Pellegrini or the cheap option of Stam. Beating Swansea doesn't mean all is well, Billic has been poor all season and needs to be replaced with a manager who is not a cheap option but can push us on.

I think we'll beat Sunderland and then its job done staying up wise.

We can try and enjoy the last few games.

PD

On wednesday we were 5 points from a relegation place ONLY because spurs scored 3 goals in stoppage time. I think its more cuntish to get ourselves in that position in the first place

Re: West Ham United Relegation Thread
This thread will rumble on because I can't really see us getting many more points this season. It's not all Bilic's fault, but he has to take his fair share of the blame, along with the injury list,Sullivan's poor recruitment, and Brady's behaviour towards the fans.
We will finish around 15th in the table, and the summer will be another period of disappointment and deceit on the part of the owners.

We were never likely to go down, so this thread actually makes the site look very cuntish. it should have been deleted.

Yes, we look shit, but dross like Boro, Swansea and Sunderland make us look half decent.

Oh come on, we were very fucking poor. As we have been all season. The fact that Swansea were shit has no bearing on it.

Re: West Ham United Relegation Thread
It was not a diabolical performance at all and with a bit of luck we could have had another couple of goals. That's not to say that we were good today but we were better than Swansea.

Re: West Ham United Relegation Thread
Think we're ok now, there's no way Swansea are picking up 9 points more than us in the remaining games. I'm not expecting us to win at Sunderland though! These could easily be our last points this season, even if this is the case we're probably safe. Good result today, if another diabolical performance.

Re: West Ham United Relegation Thread
After a much needed win we have again put some space between us and that 18th spot, still not out of the woods and IMO, it may come down to other teams inability to get out of a mess than our ability to pull further clear, and for a club saying its going to the "Next level" thats unacceptable.

Re: West Ham United Relegation Thread
I may be wrong but I think if we get one more draw anywhere Swansea will need 4 wins AND Hull to get 3 wins to overhaul us because of the GD? Can't see both of them happening

I think we can stop worrying now. The relegation issue was that we were playing Swansea who would be 2 points behind tonight if they had won. But they didn't :)

I would go to sunderland looking to win and have Carroll and Sakho up top in a 442.

No one will be surprised if we lose at Sunderland.

A draw up there I would take now. Need to see who is fit. Down to bare bones :-(
